As Executive Director of Project Management for Lake Oswego School District, Anthony
oversees over $400 million in capital bond improvement projects, guiding the district
through extensive renovations, new construction, and facility upgrades. His proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong sustainability credentials have positioned him as a transformative force in educational environments, supporting student success through high-quality, adaptable, and safe facilities.
Anthony’s project portfolio encompasses a wide range of initiatives, from LEED-certified
schools to district-wide infrastructure improvements. As a key figure in strategic planning, he leads the district’s sustainability efforts and cultivates cross-functional team
collaboration to ensure project excellence. His work has earned regional and national
recognition, including the James D. MacConnell Award of Excellence, the Association for Learning Environments’ Pacific Northwest Pinnacle Award, and the IIDA Oregon Design Excellence, Sustainability Awards, and CMAA Project Management Awards.
Previously, Anthony held leadership roles with Portland Public Schools and West Linn-Wilsonville School District, where he honed his skills in developing bond management
plans, financial reporting systems, and efficient communication strategies that align team members, contractors, and district stakeholders.As an advocate for sustainable and community-focused design, Anthony’s work consistently reflects his dedication to creating spaces that serve educational needs and model environmental stewardship and innovation.
